Meet our founder.
Liz has been in the beauty and wellness industry since 2007. She has held various positions in the industry ranging from makeup artist for Benefit Cosmetics to Salon Director for Kim Vo Salon & Cristophe Salon in Beverly Hills. She has held esthetician positions at Ritz Carlton, W Hotel, Intercontinental hotel and other luxury hotels.
Liz started “Surface by Liz” in 2016 in Los Angeles and knew her passion was in owning her own space. In 2021 she and a partner developed a small day spa called “Skin Society” in Granite Bay for esthetics only services which is something the area was lacking.
